Services

Full architectural design for new buildings in Calicut and across Keralam. We work from site and brief to drawings that a contractor can build: plans, sections, elevations, and the coordination of structure and services. The emphasis is on climate, proportion and a plan that will still make sense in ten years.

Interiors are treated as architecture at close range. Storage, kitchens, furniture and lighting are designed with the same care as the plan. We prefer a small material set that can be maintained, and rooms that feel finished without being staged.

A focused consultation for clients who need direction before committing to a full commission. We walk the site or review existing drawings, identify constraints and opportunities, and leave you with practical recommendations — whether that means a redesign, a renovation approach, or how to brief a builder.

Construction support keeps the drawings honest on site. We coordinate with contractors, review work against the design, and resolve detailing questions as they arise — so structure, finishes and services stay aligned with the approved scheme through to handover.

Much of the work in Keralam is already standing. Renovation and modeling at AQIQ means reading the existing fabric, improving light and air, and adding only what the house needs. Roofs, courts and rooms are adjusted with respect for what is already there — supported by models that test changes before they are built.
