Services

AQIQ Architecture works with clients in Calicut and across Kerala on new houses, interiors, renovations and workplaces. Each service is followed from conversation to construction.

01

Architectural Design

Full architectural design for new buildings in Calicut and across Kerala. We work from site and brief to drawings that a contractor can build: plans, sections, elevations, and the coordination of structure and services. The emphasis is on climate, proportion and a plan that will still make sense in ten years.

02

Residential Architecture

Residential work is the core of the studio. A house in Kerala has to manage heat, rain and privacy while remaining open to garden and air. We design for the way a family actually uses rooms — not a catalogue of fashionable spaces — and for plots in Omassery, Calicut and further afield.

03

Interior Design

Interiors are treated as architecture at close range. Storage, kitchens, furniture and lighting are designed with the same care as the plan. We prefer a small material set that can be maintained, and rooms that feel finished without being staged.

04

Commercial Architecture

Commercial and workplace projects in Calicut need daylight, a clear public face and floors that can change. We design offices and commercial spaces that sit quietly on the street and work hard inside — structure, services and a hall that can take different uses.

05

Renovation

Much of the work in Kerala is already standing. Renovation at AQIQ means reading the existing fabric, improving light and air, and adding only what the house needs. Roofs, courts and rooms are adjusted with respect for what is already there.

06

3D Visualization

Visualisation is a design tool, not a separate product. Models and stills help clients in Calicut see height, shadow and material before construction. We use them to decide, not to decorate the process.
