A workplace for a compact urban site. The study looks at daylight, a shared hall and a calm public face for a Calicut street.

Architectural concept
A clear frame, a deep entrance and floors that can be subdivided without losing the hall. The elevation is a measured grid rather than a signboard.
Design approach
Services are gathered so the primary rooms stay free. Materials are robust and quiet: concrete, glass, timber at the touch points. Demonstration photography only.
